I was born in 1981 in Casablanca, Morocco and a few years later my family moved to Israel where I spent most of my childhood. In Israel I studied Fine Arts at the Ben-Gurion School for Arts & Sciences in Afula, Israel.
After serving as a sergeant in the mandatory IDF, I left Israel and moved to Houston & Austin, Texas to pursue a career as an artist, I discovered my passion for photography and took photography courses at University of Texas. During that time I ran a successful photography business servicing commercial customers, making portraits and editorials, and servicing the design departments of local magazines. I moved to New York in 2006 and continued working as a freelance photographer.
In 2008 I moved to Princeton, New Jersey where I currently live & work for Princeton University.
